Rozgar Mela 2.0 has been organized by the Darjeeling Welfare Society under the visionary leadership of its President, Shri Harsh Vardhan Shringla, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha). The two-day event will be held at Salesian College, Siliguri, on 15th and 16th November, 2025. After the remarkable success of Rozgar Mela 1.0 in 2023, the Darjeeling Welfare Society is bringing back this initiative on a much larger scale. 60+ well-known local and multinational companies will take part, offering 10,000+ job opportunities to the youth of the region. This is set to be one of the biggest job fairs the region has ever witnessed, with leading recruiters from sectors such as banking, retail, information technology, healthcare, and hospitality.
Some of the major participants include Indigo Airlines, Hero MotoCorp, Mahindra and Mahindra, Tata Group, ITC, Wipro, HDFC Bank, Reliance Retail, and Apollo Hospitals, among many others. The event will be inaugurated by Shushri Shobha Karandlaje, Union Minister of State for the Ministry of Labour and Employment, and will conclude under the gracious presence of the Hon’ble Governor of West Bengal, Shri C.V. Ananda Bose.
With free registration and no age limit, Rozgar Mela 2.0 welcomes everyone, whether they are 10th pass, 12th pass, graduates, or postgraduates. All participants will also receive a certificate of participation.
