A post dedicated to ‘Scam 1997’ actor Pratik Gandhi was shared by Harry Potter star Tom Felton. They collaborated on the upcoming series “Gandhi,” which was directed by Hansal Mehta.
Actor Pratik Gandhi was honored on Instagram by Tom Felton, who is most recognized for his role as Draco Malfoy in Harry Potter. At the 50th Toronto International Film Festival, the two attended the world premiere of their upcoming series, Gandhi.
On the red carpet, the pair also produced a unique scene that made the fans and paparazzi giggle. Pratik was advised to strike a serious pose by Tom during the paparazzi shot. Following a brief period of assuming solemn poses for the pictures, both actors finally burst out laughing.
Tom Felton donned a sharp, well-fitting suit, while Pratik looked stunning in an all-black bandhgala suit.
‘Gandhi’ marks Tom’s Bollywood debut as well. The upcoming installments of the series will recount India’s fight for independence while also delving into Mahatma Gandhi’s early years. The show, which spans three series, provides a thorough depiction of Gandhi’s life in several historical periods, emphasizing the significant figures and occasions that influenced the country’s struggle for independence.
Tom Oldfield plays Josiah, Bhamini Oza plays Kasturba Gandhi, and Pratik Gandhi plays the title character. As Draco Malfoy in the upcoming Broadway production of “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child,” Tom will also be making a comeback to the “Harry Potter” universe. He is the first original cast member from the film series to participate in the stage version, and his run starts on November 11 for a limited 19-week engagement.
