Leading telecom operator Vi, has added over 130new format ‘Vi Shops’ in as many Tier 3 locations across 20 districts in West Bengal. Ramping-up its retail footprint, 130 Vi Shops have been launched within a span of 45 days in towns like Asansol, Bankura, Bud Bud, Haldibari, Kashipur, Radhanagar, Sandeshkhali, to name a few.
Vi has been aggressively ramping up Vi Shop numbers across West Bengal with an intent to deliver a uniform Vi experience to local customers as well as enable quick support and handholding. 330 Vi Shops have been rolled out in the state since November 2022. The modern design of the new format Vi Shops is in line with signature elements that define existing Vi Stores in urban locations.
Vi Shops offer the entire bouquet of Vi prepaid products and services and enable an enhanced customer experience and closer engagement. Announcing the latest addition to the Vi Shop network in West Bengal, Abhijit Kishore, COO, Vodafone Idea Limited, said “Please visit your nearest Vi Shop to access prompt and personalized service through trained personnel in welcoming surroundings.”
